A wedding is such an important event that needs to be taken care of meticulously and with every detail. All couples get excited but 90% of the time, they have never been in this marrying process before so they are not aware of how it works. We are here to tell you what no body will but everyone knows.
1. Every time we meet with a couple and their
families, and they start talking about their own “timing”, what they think is going
to happen at each particular meeting of the wedding, it’s always the same
mistake: how much time it takes for the ceremony. Always they give one
hour for the ceremony, no more than that. Even, the wedding venues, will give just
60 minutes for the ceremony; but at the end, everyone knows it takes more than
that. The estimate is at least one hour and fifteen minutes more for the
official picture taking. As Wedding Experts, in our timelines, we always set at
least 1.5 hours for the ceremony, including the most wanted pictures of close
family, bridesmaids and groomsmen. Make sure you don’t underestimate the love
of the people that arrive to your wedding. They WILL want to take a picture
with you. Smile!

3. Time flies as the famous Janet
Jackson used to sing. Really, it’s unbelievable but all recently married
couples will give you this advice: enjoy it because it doesn’t last. Most of
our couples spend from 8 to 14 months preparing their big day and it feels
heartbreaking when after so long of working towards it, so much effort and
detailed energy put into it, the wedding day goes by so fast. When you realize,
it’s over and can’t believe it, feels like 9 minutes.

4. We know you have prepared everything in
detail; you have taken care of every aspect and even hired the very best of
wedding planners. Let me tell you the ugly truth: no wedding is perfect.
The word “perfect” is overrated. You can be truly ready for the big day but
there is always, always something that you can’t plan for. And when something
goes wrong, anything, and it’s will happen, just breath, sit down, relax and
enjoy the show. It’s not your job to solve it. And your wedding planner’s job
is to solve it before anybody realizes, even you most of the time. At the end,
make a good point about everything that doesn’t come out as you planned. Laugh
at it and have it as a story to tell.
5. As we said before, everything goes real
fast. You wont be able to meet and greet with everyone. It’s practically impossible to say hi to
everyone, so make the best out of it. Enjoy every minute of the wedding day and
make it memorable. Don’t worry if you are not able to dance or talk with all
your friends and family gathered there, but if you want to make it up to them,
Thank You cards after the wedding are a must.
Now, go out there and make YOUR wedding happen with no mistakes. You can't say we haven't told you. :)
When it comes to plan a successful wedding party, first of all you need to be clear in mind how much is your budget. If you are clear on the budget part then you can easily decide on number of guests and even can select a particular theme and event venue for your special day.
